Parents or players send game video — a phone clip from the stands, a LiveBarn link, whatever you've got. If possible, send just your child's shifts: it keeps the whole review focused on them.
The coach studies every clip and builds a breakdown around 2–3 key focus areas: hockey IQ, positioning, and decision-making — the details that separate good from great.
A live video call with the player (parents welcome) going through the film together — real coaching, specific to your game, with a development plan you can take to the next practice.

His specialty is film. Watching a game back with a player changes everything: kids see what the coach sees, and the lightbulb moments come fast. One good film session is worth a month of generic drills.
